The new craze lately has been for people to track their fitness. Whether it’s riding 4.3 miles a day, jogging to and from the park, or simply working out at the gym. People want to know how many calories and when. Jawbone, a San Francisco, California based company, has done a pretty good job with attacking this niche market. With their latest band, the Jawbone UP 24 band, you can track your fitness AND your sleep activity. Everything is then synced via Bluetooth each time you open the app.

The unique feature I love about this band is that it tracks my SLEEP! Most of the other bands don’t do this (however, I’m seeing a new trend among the up-and-comers). Using its precise tech sensors, it can tell you how many times you woke up, how long you were in deep sleep, when you fell asleep, and even recommends how to optimize your sleep.

The look of the Jawbone UP 24 band is very sleek. It comes in 5 colors and there are no digital displays or lights that are visible to anyone lusting over your band. It really is a fashion piece that goes well with anything. And don’t worry about it falling off your wrist. As long as you get the right size, the tension loaded band will hug your wrist all night long.
