Instagram Update: You Can Now Manage Multiple Instagram Accounts
February 12, 2016
, ,

The day has finally come! Instagram now allows you to manage multiple accounts without logging in and out every time. This is a victory for people who manage multiple brands or products on Instagram. With me, I have a couple app accounts, a photography account, my personal one, and my business one. I’m sure you can imagine what that was like before now.

Instagram took cue from Twitter in which you can add the multiple accounts as well as switch accounts in a similar manner.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll all the way down
  3. Click on the ‘Add Accounts’ button
  4. Proceed to login
  5. That’s it.
  6. You’ll now see the¬†active account’s avatar in the last navigation button on the bottom right. To switch accounts, just press and hold and you’ll see the option popup to switch accounts.
  7. You can also log out of all accounts at once in the same Settings area.
